Arrangements for Craig MacGregor – a message from his loving wife Lisa MacGregor

Thank you all for the overwhelming support that you have bestowed upon Craig and our family during his battle with cancer, and now sadly upon his passing. Please know that your gracious love, support and prayers are filling our hearts and bringing us great comfort – we are truly blessed.

A visitation for Craig will be held this Friday, February 16 from 4:00-6:00 pm at the Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading,PA.

In lieu of flowers, Craig’s family would like you to consider making a donation in Craig’s name to the Fox Chase Cancer Center in support of their critical cancer research efforts or by adopting a pet in his memory, or making a donation to the Humane Society of America.

Foghat was my first concert in San Diego, circa 1977 and as a young bass player, I was immediately struck by Craig’s stage presence and chops. Craig was a huge inspiration and influence on my early playing. My heart felt condolences to Craig’s family and the Foghat family.

I am so sorry to hear of Craig’s passing over and just wanted to extend a hug and deepest sympathy at this time.

Cliché to say that he will never be forgotten but in Craig’s case its just plain fact.

Armed with an arsenal of charm, personality and warmth he will be remembered warmly and forever by all who had the great fortune of sharing any time with him.

Plus the music….oh, the music and those sweet and cherished memories….thank you Craig.
