In this disco-sounding song, the chord I'm calling
Dmaj7/E needs a bit of explanation.  Someone with
training in music theory can probably explain why
this works, but it seems that it is a D with a C#,
hence the maj7.  And the bass part stays on E.
So that's what I called it....
